Icarian and Promaxima benches and selectorized equipment. In addition, our
cardio room is equipped with Schwinn Air dynes, new True treadmills,
Ellipticals, stair climbers, abdominal stations & televisions. Gym
towels, reading materials and equipment orientation provided. Imagine finishing your work out in as little
as 30 minutes with our 18 Station Hydraulic work out room at no additional
charge! Also available to our members for low
